Simple Omelette Recipe
An easy and quick dish, prefrct for any meal. This classic omelette combines beaten eggs
cooked to prefetion, optionally filled with cheese, vegetables, or meats.

Ingredients
- 2-3 large eggs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil
- Optional fillings: cheese, diced vegetables, cooked meats
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in the beaten eggs, tilting the pan to spread them evenly.
- Cook until the edges start to set, then gently lift the edges with a spatula.
- Add any optional fillings on one half of the omelette.
- Fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute until fully set.
- Slide onto a plate and serve hot.
